1000 miles into trip
We have rack set up on our RV tow vehicle, we are 1000 miles into a 3,800 mile trip and rack is working well. We have been on some rough roads and bikes are locked in. I have had two campers ask me about performance and said rack works as advertised. I am very happy with my purchase.

Good Rack. Not as stable as I'd like
Overall the experience wasn't bad. I ordered the 6 bike rack and it came in two shipments. First one arrived early. Second never left shipper. After assembly I noticed the left side wheel stops don't align perfectly with the bike tires. Customer service did help me with a discount on the strut and stand after the fact so I did like that. All in all it's a nice rack and it does perform.

Hi Jameson, so far the bike rack has performed outstanding. I am very happy with it. I did have to tweak it for my bike — I have a high end downhill MTB with a Fox 40 fork with a front fender. My solution solved the problem completely. I love the rack.

Perfection

Fantastic quality. Stoked I bought this rack. Only knock is the assembly is a little time consuming but that's where it ends. Everything else is awesome. Bikes are easy to put on and take off. Was very surprised by how stable it was on the back of the car too! The shed stand is an epic idea.

Best thing I've bought for the car

Perfect for our family of four riders
All four of our bikes fit perfectly, including my husband's 30 kg e-bike. The anti-wobble hitch is solid – no movement at all on the highway. Assembly took about 40 minutes. Highly recommended.

Satisfied with product, instructions were not clear
I am stocked with the product and eager to use it. The rack seems stout and well built. The company could improve a lot more on the assembly manual. The box arrived completely broken down and I thought the product was ruined. Luckily they wrapped all parts in bubble wrap and that was enough to save everything. The instruction manual was missing from the box. There was no instruction manual to download for the garage stand but I was able to figure out from pictures. The manual for the bike rack does not contain a detailed part list. The step by step process is far from detailed and you have to flip through videos and pictures in the website to figure out how to put together. Improving the manual would make the company look a lot more professional and help the end user experience.

Brilliant Aussie product – nothing else comes close for the price
I compared this against the Thule T2 Pro XT which is $400 more and only holds 2 bikes. JB Racks holds 4, costs less, and ships free. It's a no-brainer. Build quality is excellent – proper thick steel.

5 bikes no problem – incredible value
